Music is life for Narendra Sadashiv Bhide (Creative Director, DIPL), one of the contemporary music directors in the Marathi Film, Television and Theatre Industry. Though a Civil Engineer by education, his passion for Music has been evidently known, respected and appreciated.
Mukta Narendra Bhide is the one of the three Managing Directors of DIPL. She has studied Philosophy and is a connoisseur of music. Mukta’s mother, Smt. Madhavi Nanal is a well known singer of the Gwalior Gharana of Hindustani Classical Music.
Tushar started his career as a sound engineer in Sound Ideaz studio at Pune under the guidance of Mr. Nitin Joshi. His experience as an assistant sound engineer at Sound Ideaz was extremely delightful.
Adwait Anil Walujkar
Adwait graduated from MITSOM College with Bachelors of Computer Application. After graduation he did a diploma in sound engineering from Soundtech Media, Chennai and worked as a freelance sound engineer for a year.
Sanket Prakash Dhotkar
Sanket has been a sound engineer for the past 3 years. After completing formal education in the field of electronics and communications engineering and gathering 2 years of work experience, Sanket decided to pursue his passion for films and music.
Ishaan is currently working as a sound engineer at Dawn Studios, Pune. He has been associated with the audio postproduction of many Marathi feature films. Rama Madhav, Deoolband, Shasan, Maalak, Ringan, Ghat are a few of them. He has also worked as an assistant mixing engineer for Katyaar Kaljat Ghusli, Ranga Patanga, Mamachya gavala jauya, Porbazaar.
Ishaan began learning violin at the age of 6. He underwent rigorous training under the tutelage of Pt. Shekhar Borkar, Pt. Ramakant Paranjape, Pt. Atul Upadhye and Smt. Swapna Datar. Ishaan’s violin has been recorded for music albums, dance ballets, film songs as well as background music for films and plays. Manaatlya Kavita, Chala Wahi Des, Mahabharat reinterpreted, Black Swan, are a few projects featuring his violin.
